Debra Berry is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and is the owner of Streamline Investment Services and partner with Capital Concepts, Inc. Our companies buy, sell and handle the closing process for seller financed notes. Debra has been in the note business for over 28 years and with Capital Concepts' over 30+ years in the business, we have a combined experience level of over 60 years. Debra began her career in 1986 working for the largest purchaser of seller-financed notes in a branch office as a closing processor then became the Office Manager. In 1991 she was promoted to Contract Buyer where she negotiated and assisted in the purchase of millions of dollars in owner-financed real estate notes. She is very knowledgeable in all areas of seller-financing. Capital Concepts, Inc. has been an essential part of Debra’s career as they have worked together purchasing notes since she began her career.
Debra has a Business Administration Degree along with her Accounting and Legal Procedures background and is a member of the Shasta Associate of Realtors. She has several years of experience working with title companies, appraisers, and real estate brokers.
Debra has been married for 23 years and they have 19 year old daughter attending her second year of college. Debra’s hobbies include spending time with the horses and repurposing junk to resell at shows. She is a self-proclaimed yard sale junkie on the weekends.
